The park built on the site of the Italpark funfair, which closed in 1990, keeping the 1915 railway water tower that now houses the MARQ architecture museum.
💬 Your driver's tipThe park itself is open and free at any hour. The MARQ inside the water tower is free too but only opens on weekdays, so a weekend visit is the park and the tower from the outside.
