The place

Esteros del Ibera, Corrientes

One of the largest freshwater wetlands in the world, home to capybaras, marsh deer, caimans and over 360 bird species.

Our project removes exotic eucalyptus plantations, which deplete the groundwater, and restores the original native forest. An eco-lodge on site will welcome travelers and teach visitors about conservation.

Want to see it with your own eyes? Ask us about visiting the Ibera on your trip.

"You can't give up on something just because it's difficult. The work of conservation is the work of generations."
Kristine McDivitt Tompkins, conservationist
